History

Our company, was founded more than 25 years ago by RICARDO DE LA ESPRIELLA TORAL, that at the moment exerts the position of President of our holding Company “Ret Corporation”. .

At the beginning Ret Corporation, was dedicated only to the investment of real estate and international and national financial advising, through the years, a team of executives was build to participle more directly on the different companies that were developed by the Corporation.

Today, the companies that “Inversiones y Finanzas Rical, S.A.” handles, corporate administrator company, includes a range of businesses that goes from promoters in real estate, construction, administration of parks of diversions, houses projects, tourism, reforestation, malls, urbanizations and investments in financial organizations.

The group has been diversified successful on different investments, therefore, filling therefore the expectations regarding the economic development of the country..

Grupo Rical has been throughout the years, an innovating company with the necessities of the Panamanians in the scope of development of house projects, establishing with successes in the different projects that are made on behalf of the group, among them:

East Coast Tower: Building of 26 plants, 2 apartments by floor, located in one of the most exclusive areas of the City.
Torre Habana:Building of 20 plants, 2 apartments by floor, located in center of the City.
Centro Comercial Camino de Cruces: Located of the Boulevard El Dorado, it consists of a building of offices, and the commercial locals, later on will develop apartments for rent.

Associated with Grupo Trom of Venezuela, and seeing the deficiencies in the constructions of houses of lower middle class, Grupo Rical, developed the Calzada Project located in the Cabima, consists of more than 90 houses.
